A Hard-Wearing Resin Floor Built for Take-Off

ACL Industrial Flooring was contacted to deliver a seamless resin coating for a busy helicopter hangar in Cheshire. The client required a surface that would hold up against heavy-duty use, resist oil and aviation fuel spills, have great light reflection properties and stay clean under pressure.

Following floor preparation and patch repairs, we installed a high-build epoxy system with an anti-slip finish in light grey — balancing durability, safety, and easy maintenance.

The completed project was completed in two phases to maintain operational requirements. The finished surface is robust, chemical-resistant, and built to meet the demands of aviation operations, with excellent light reflection and a professional look throughout.
