Installation Process Overview:
Mechanical Preparation: The concrete substrate is cleaned and keyed for bond
Priming & Detailing: A primer is applied, and falls, joints or coving are formed as needed
Screed Application: Polyurethane resin is applied at 6–9mm thickness for durability
Optional Seal Coat: A sealant may be added to enhance cleanability or slip resistance
Curing Time: Typically ready for foot traffic within 24 hours; fully cured in 3–5 days
