How It Works – Installation Process Overview:
Surface Preparation: Mechanical grinding or shot-blasting for clean, keyed surface
Priming: Base layer applied to stabilise and seal
Body Coat with Aggregate: Resin mixed with aggregate for the required texture (light to coarse)
Line Marking & Zones: Markings masked and filled using contrasting resin
Seal Coat (Optional): Transparent top layer can lock in colour or texture and enhance cleanability
